Post-event cleaning when the music stops
Nashville hosts more weddings, corporate events, and brand activations than almost any city its size. After the lights come down, somebody has to clean up — and that's where most events fall apart. Tidy Guys handles post-event cleaning for venues, planners, and event teams so the morning after looks like nothing happened the night before.
What's included in post-event cleaning
- Trash & debris removal — every can, every floor, every table
- Floor care — sweep, vacuum, mop; spot-clean spills, food, and drink residue
- Tables, chairs, surfaces — wipe down, sanitize
- Bathrooms — clean, disinfect, restock to pre-event standard
- Bar areas — counters, behind-bar floor, glass, brass
- Glass & entryways — fingerprints, smudges, lipstick, you name it
- Outdoor adjacent areas — patio, sidewalk, smoking areas, valet zones
- Linens & rentals — bagged and staged for pickup; we don't launder unless contracted
- Vendor cleanup support — clearing the kitchen for caterers, breaking down rentals if scoped

- Trade shows and product launches

Same-night vs. next-morning
Tell us what your venue needs. Some venues require same-night cleanup so the next event can move in. Others prefer a 5 or 6 AM crew so the venue is fresh by mid-morning. We staff to both schedules.
Pricing
Post-event cleaning is priced as a one-time project based on venue size, event size, expected condition, and turnaround timing. We give written quotes within one business day, often same-day for urgent bookings.
Recurring partnerships with venues and planners
Many Nashville venues and event planners book Tidy Guys as their default post-event cleaning partner. Tell us your typical event volume and we'll set up a master service agreement so booking is one phone call.
