Pricing reflects that: it's a project price, not a per-visit rate.

Pricing

Move-in / move-out cleans are priced as one-time projects based on square footage, the condition of the space, and any added services (carpet steam clean, window exterior, paint touch-up coordination). We give written quotes within one business day. Most jobs can be scheduled within 24–72 hours of quote acceptance.
