Commercial cleaning is priced per facility based on square footage, scope of work, frequency, and access. After a brief walk-through (in person or virtual), we send a written quote — usually within one business day. Recurring accounts get a per-visit rate. One-time deep cleans, post-construction, post-event, and move-in/move-out work are quoted as projects.
Walk-throughs and quotes are always free. We don't charge until we clean.
