Tidy Guys was founded in 2021 in Nashville. What started as a small crew handling offices and post-construction jobs has grown into a full-service commercial cleaning company serving the Nashville metro and Davidson County.

The reason facility managers call us back is simple: the owner answers the phone. Most national cleaning chains rotate crews and hide behind regional managers. We do the opposite — same crew, same schedule, same person accountable. The owner personally walks every new account before service begins.

What we believe about commercial cleaning

Cleanliness is operational. A clean office is faster, healthier, and easier to lease. A clean clinic gets better Yelp reviews. A clean restaurant passes inspections.
Consistency beats perfection. We'd rather show up the same way 200 nights in a row than have one spectacular clean and three mediocre ones.
Document everything. Every account starts with a written scope of work. Every visit produces a record. No mysteries about what happened.
The owner shows up. Big problem? Small problem? You get the owner on the phone — not a call center.
